История:
At the time of the first revision of 1719, there were 34 one-house courtyards and 41 courtyards in Staraya Kazinka. The documents say that Kazinka is called a village, and 5 houses of clergymen were built in the village. This means that the church in Kazinka arose at the beginning of the 18th century. In 1842, in Staraya Kazinka, a new church was built instead of the old dilapidated and sealed by order of the spiritual authorities. It was built at the end of his life by the landowner Ivan Nikolaevich Rachmaninov (son of Nikolai Fedorovich - cousin of I.G. Rachmaninov). Ivan Nikolaevich Rachmaninoff was the headman of the new church. The new church was built by local craftsmen carpenters without a single nail. These are the Matsnevs, the Ershovs. Ivan Nikolaevich died on February 18, 1861. His son Ivan Ivanovich Rachmaninoff (1826-1897), professor of mathematics and rector of Kiev University, came to Kazinka from Kiev every summer, provided assistance to the needy Kazintsy, allocated funds for the maintenance of the church and school (the school at the church was built by him). Ivan Ivanovich Rachmaninov died in Kazinka and was buried in the Rachmaninov family crypt near the Kazinsky church. In the materials of the local history teacher Ionov V.G. we find the following entry: “The Kazin temple of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God was high, the vaults were round. The inside of the church was decorated with a bluish painting, sky-colored. The icons are trimmed with gold frills with precious stones. There were two altars, a seventy-pound bell. When they called him, the ringing was heard in all nearby villages. The church was very rich because it was ruled by a landowner from the Rachmaninov family. (I.I. Rachmaninov, 1926-1897) " Kazinskaya Church, built in 1842 by I.N. Rachmaninov, was closed by the Soviet government in 1935. The altar was converted into a hut-reading room, a library, and a cinema was made from the rest of the premises, where it was possible to watch films and dance for rural youth. In the early 90s, during the "thaw" on the political scene and the coming to power of the Democrats, an active group of believers from the villages of Yarka, Kazinka appealed to the district administration with a request to return the building of the village club to the church. In 1995, the village club was given over to the temple. Konov Sergey Valentinovich, a native of the village of Staraya Kazinka, became the priest of the Kazin church. On the eve of the Feast of the Entry into the Temple of Our Most Holy Lady Theotokos, a fire broke out and the church burned down. It was impossible to save the building. In 1997, the Kazin Church was moved to a new location. The building of today's church used to belong to the middle peasant Ershov Artamon Ivanovich. In 1931 he was dispossessed, his house was transferred to the selmag trade network. The house was transferred to the church. Divine services are currently being held in the Kazin Church. The service in the church after the fire was resumed from Easter 1995. The building is being rebuilt into a church. The bell tower is equipped.
