- The Theotokos Orthodox Kindergarten in Bajada, Cataingan, Masbate, is run by the monastic community of the Theotokos Orthodox Monastery under the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s Exarchate of the Philippines. While there is no well-documented founding date for the kindergarten, by 2014 the nuns had established and managed it as part of their mission and community outreach. The kindergarten serves not only as a school for young children in the barangay but also as a tangible expression of the monastery’s social ministry, providing early childhood Christian education rooted in Orthodox values.
